本規約は、WorldSceneが提供する画像から編集可能なPowerPointへ変換するサービス「Drop2PPT」の利用条件を定めるものです。

利用規約
第1条 適用
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、WorldScene（以下「当方」といいます。）が提供する画像から編集可能なPowerPoint形式ファイルへ変換するサービス「Drop2PPT」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第2条 サービス内容
本サービスは、利用者がアップロードした画像を解析し、PowerPoint形式のファイルとして再構築する機能を提供します。変換方式には、画像を保持しながら編集補助要素を追加する標準変換と、AI解析により可能な範囲で編集可能な要素へ再構築する高品質変換が含まれる場合があります。
第3条 アカウント管理
利用者は、登録メールアドレス、パスワード、その他の認証情報を自己の責任で管理するものとします。認証情報の管理不十分、使用上の過誤、第三者による利用等により生じた損害について、当方は当方の故意または重過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。
第4条 クレジットおよび決済
有料機能は、クレジットの購入または当方が定める決済方法により利用できます。決済処理は外部決済事業者を通じて行われます。購入済みクレジットは、法令で認められる場合または当方が別途認める場合を除き、返金、換金、譲渡できません。
変換処理がシステム上の理由により完了しなかった場合、当方の判断によりクレジットの返還その他の対応を行う場合があります。ただし、利用者の通信環境、端末環境、対応外ファイル、禁止行為、その他利用者側の事情に起因する場合はこの限りではありません。
第5条 変換品質および免責事項
当方は、本サービスによる変換結果について、正確性、完全性、再現性、編集可能性、レイアウト品質、文字認識精度、元画像との一致、PowerPointその他のソフトウェアでの表示互換性、利用目的への適合性を保証しません。
AI処理および自動変換の性質上、文字の誤認識、配置ずれ、色・フォント・余白・画像の差異、図形化されない箇所、画像として残る箇所、不要な要素の生成、ファイル破損、出力失敗、処理遅延が発生する場合があります。サンプル、説明、過去の変換例、画面上の表示は、特定の品質や成果を保証するものではありません。
利用者は、変換結果を自己の責任で確認、修正、利用するものとします。重要な提案書、契約資料、広告物、公開資料等に利用する場合は、公開または提出前に内容、権利、表示崩れ、誤字脱字、事実関係を必ず確認してください。
第6条 アップロード画像および権利
利用者は、アップロードする画像について、必要な著作権、商標権、肖像権、利用許諾その他の権利を有していることを保証するものとします。第三者の権利を侵害する画像、機密情報を含む画像、違法または不適切な画像のアップロードは禁止します。
第7条 禁止事項
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 第三者の権利、プライバシー、信用を侵害する行為
- マルウェア、ウイルス、不正なコードを含むファイルのアップロード
- 本サービスのサーバー、ネットワーク、決済、認証機能に過度な負荷または不正アクセスを行う行為
- クレジット、決済、アカウント機能を不正に利用する行為
- その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為
第8条 データの保存および削除
本サービスは、変換処理、ダウンロード提供、不正利用防止、障害調査のために、アップロード画像、生成ファイル、処理ログ、アカウント情報、決済関連情報を一定期間保存する場合があります。保存期間および取扱いの詳細は、プライバシーポリシーに従います。
第9条 サービスの変更、停止、中断
当方は、保守、障害、セキュリティ対応、外部サービスの仕様変更、運営上の必要により、本サービスの全部または一部を変更、停止、中断することがあります。これにより利用者に損害が生じた場合でも、当方は当方の故意または重過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。
第10条 責任の制限
当方が本サービスに関して責任を負う場合であっても、その責任は、当方の故意または重過失がある場合を除き、利用者が直近1か月以内に本サービスへ支払った金額を上限とします。当方は、逸失利益、間接損害、特別損害、結果損害、データ消失、業務機会の喪失について責任を負いません。
第11条 規約の変更
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、本サービス上に掲載した時点から効力を生じます。重要な変更については、合理的な方法で通知する場合があります。
第12条 準拠法および管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、当方の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of Drop2PPT, a service provided by WorldScene that converts uploaded images into PowerPoint files. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service
Drop2PPT analyzes images uploaded by users and reconstructs them as PowerPoint files. The service may include standard conversion, which keeps image-based content while adding editable helper elements, and high quality conversion, which uses AI analysis to rebuild editable elements where possible.
3. Account Management
You are responsible for managing your email address, password, and other authentication credentials. We are not liable for damage caused by insufficient credential management, misuse, or third-party use, except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
4. Credits and Payments
Paid features may be used by purchasing credits or through payment methods specified by us. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Purchased credits are not refundable, exchangeable for cash, or transferable except where required by law or expressly approved by us.
If a conversion fails due to a system issue, we may, at our discretion, return credits or provide another remedy. This does not apply to failures caused by the user's network, device, unsupported files, prohibited conduct, or other user-side circumstances.
5. Conversion Quality and Disclaimer
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reproducibility, editability, layout quality, OCR accuracy, fidelity to the source image, compatibility with PowerPoint or any other software, or fitness for any particular purpose of any conversion result.
Because the service relies on AI processing and automated conversion, outputs may include incorrect text, misplaced elements, differences in color, font, spacing, or images, areas that are not converted into editable objects, areas that remain as images, unwanted generated elements, corrupted files, failed outputs, or processing delays. Samples, explanations, previous conversion examples, and on-screen descriptions do not guarantee any specific quality or result.
You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and using conversion results. Before using a file for important proposals, contracts, advertisements, public materials, or business documents, you must verify the content, rights, layout, spelling, and factual accuracy.
6. Uploaded Images and Rights
You represent that you have all necessary copyrights, trademark rights, publicity rights, permissions, and other rights for the images you upload. You must not upload images that infringe third-party rights, contain confidential information, or are illegal or inappropriate.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Infringing third-party rights, privacy, or reputation
- Uploading files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Overloading or attacking our servers, network, payment, or authentication systems
- Fraudulent use of credits, payments, or account functions
- Any other conduct we deem inappropriate
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We may store uploaded images, generated files, processing logs, account information, and payment-related information for conversion processing, download delivery, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Details are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes, Suspension, and Interruption
We may change, suspend, or interrupt all or part of the service for maintenance, failures, security measures, changes to external services, or operational needs. We are not liable for resulting damage except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the one month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, special damages, consequential damages, data loss, or lost business opportunities.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as necessary. Updated terms become effective when posted on the service. We may provide notice of material changes by a reasonable method.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute related to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court that has jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
